J. LeLacheur, Chief Operating Officer
Dave has worked with Tim Butler and Jim Waldroop since 1990,
initially at Harvard Business School, where Dave was a recruiting
specialist and database developer, and since 1995 as a consultant
to their book Discovering Your Career
in Business and partner in the Internet program CareerLeader®.
Dave brings to CareerLeader the highest level of client service and
responsiveness, founded on fifteen years experience in the career development
field. A graduate of Harvard College, Dave designed CareerLeader® and manages all day-to-day
operations of the program and our website.
Marybeth Kimball, Associate Director of Operations and Customer Service
Marybeth has worked in customer and direct service for the past 15 years
in higher education, the insurance industry, and most recently in the non-profit
sector. She has worked with CareerLeader part-time over the past 9 years
assisting us in customer service and data management, and we are excited that
Marybeth has decided to join the CareerLeader team full time. She brings
the highest level of customer service expertise along with a thorough
knowledge of both CareerLeader and our customer base.
Kelty
Whitworth White, Vice President, Business Development
Kelty joined the CareerLeader team in early 2002, after three years
in the Career Services office at Harvard Business School. During her time
in the Career Services office, Kelty counseled the MBA students on
career-related issues as well as managed the day-to-day recruiting
operations of the office. Before entering the career development field,
Kelty worked for several years in industry. A graduate of Harvard College,
Kelty brings both her industry experience and her knowledge of career
services to the CareerLeader® team, as well as the CareerLeader® customers.
Linda Lai,
Career Solutions Inc.
Linda heads Career Solutions Inc.,
CareerLeader's exclusive distributor and representative in the Greater China region. Career Solutions
and CareerLeader have joined forces to develop two Chinese versions of CareerLeader,
both simplified Chinese characters (for China) and traditional Chinese characters (for Taiwan and Hong

Pranav heads YoungBuzz India Ltd., CareerLeader's exclusive partner in
India. YoungBuzz is India's premiere Career Guidance company. In the past 8
